Choices

Last night in our Family Devotion we talked about the story of Adam and Eve.  I turned the story to a lesson on choices.  I asked Sean Thomas, my four year old, what are good choices?  He replied “to be a good boy”.  That is a good start.

Everyday we make choices.  We choose to eat a banana or a donut for breakfast.  We choose to sleep in or snooze.  We choose to open Facebook or do our jobs.  We have choices to make.  Every choice will alter your day/mood/direction.

Make sure somewhere in your day (preferably early in the day) you choose Jesus.  Take a moment to stop and listen for the voice of God.  The enemy wants to entice you and distract you, faithfulness is a choice.  You must choose daily to follow God.

Which way will you choose?

Just something to think about.
